What's the return policy?
At DSTLRY, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your order is missing any items, please contact our customer service team from this page within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

What is the DSTLRY Reader & Web App?

You can read your DSTLRY Digital comics in our web reader with panel-to-panel, full page, and fit-to-width reading options. It can be accessed at digital.dstlry.co and through the DSTLRY Web App at dstlry.app. The DSTLRY Web App lets you access the reader in a true full-screen experience without any pesky browser window, URL bar, or buttons. Perfect for mobile reading!

How do I access the new DSTLRY Web App?
You can access the web app by visiting dstlry.app. To install the DSTLRY’s Web App, save it to your home screen on iOS or Android from the Share menu of your browser. On desktop browsers, you may need to check the browser-specific method for saving a web app). Once installed, it will function much like any other app. This ensures an immersive, full-screen experience without browser chrome, buttons, or URLs.
What devices are compatible with the DSTLRY Web App?
The DSTLRY Web App is compatible with iOS, Android, and desktop devices. It adapts perfectly to any device, providing a seamless reading experience whether you’re on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop.
How does the panel-to-panel viewing work?
Panel-by-panel viewing makes reading comics a great experience on the small screen. Double-tap or double-click into and out of panels.
Can I read DSTLRY comics offline?

How are the items shipped? How long will it take to receive my item?

Our comics and collectibles are shipped from our friends at Third Eye Comics. When in stock, items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. If pre-order, shipping information is in the description.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping in the US is free for orders $40 or over, and $5 otherwise. Shipping outside the US is determined by our shipping partners.
